Current Development & Property Information

Land use and development projects go through various regulatory processes before building and construction permits can be obtained and work can begin. Subdivisions and site plans are typical required applications that precede construction permits.  Others include Use by Special Review, Rezonings and Variances.

Projects are listed below as 'Under Review' if they are not approved and are being reviewed against codes and standards by technical staff.  Projects listed as 'Public Hearing' are being prepared for consideration and decision by the Planning Commission and/or Town Council.

Public hearing agendas and minutes can be found on our Agendas & Minutes webpage.

For more information about land use and development permits, please contact Jennifer Woods, AICP, Planning Director at jwoods@hudsoncolorado.org or 303-536-9311.
